so does anyone know laws about lou exhaust tickets?? Stupid cop gave me one today. He was like u know it's illegal and I said no it's not this car had up muffler from the factory. Does the cop have to prov how loud it is?? He didn't test anything or look under my car. I'm gonna put a stock exhaust on the car get the factory papers on the exhaust set up. An fight it

just put the stock exhaust on for when you fight it thats all... and make him feel like a cocksucker
In Ohio it's illegal to modify your exhaust, muffler or no. So technically the ticket can stick either way. As far as noise goes, it's his word against yours and we all know how that works. I'd just pay it and move on. Sucks, but that's probably what's gonna end up happening in the end anyways.

I got pulled over last memorial day with Superfast.. we were going like 55 in a 35 on Market st.. there was a motorcycle sittin on the left.. it turned out to be an Akron cop, SHE got on the bike and came and pulled us over... so we pull over, and he shuts the car off, and she keeps yelling 'TURN THE CAR OFFF!!', but it takes a minute to shut down cuz of the turbo timer.. so she comes up to the car, says 'GIVE ME THE KEYS!" and slams them on the roof of the car.. and its still running.. LoL.. Long story short, she says 'this car is gunna get you in a lot of trouble, you need to get rid of it' etc. he got a ticket.
Just bring a copy of the stock exhaust diagram from Chrysler which i keep in my glove box showing that there are no mufflers on the car from the factory.
