i dont really want to see most of his policies work myself. someone hypothesized that because the gov of pa did so much for his cause that O would swing something his way such that a new prison would be built in PA to hold the prisoners. just rumors i'm sure.

Fucking Christ man! Read the fucking article before you go spouting off! Where does it say that they're gonna get dumped into the US prison system? It doesn't. You know why? Because that specific issue hasn't been completely resolved yet. The guy's been in office for two goddamned days. Am I gonna have to hear the bitching and moaning about every little action that Obama takes?

No shit. He's already said that it's going to take years to rebuild our economy. Undoing 8 years of the shit that the Dumbya administration left behind is going to take a ton of work.

i did read the article... "The administration official said Obama's government will not transfer detainees to countries that will mistreat them, including their own home country."

the only other federal prisons we have are in this country and since they said at the end of the article what i quoted above it would be my understanding that it superceeds what was said above it in this paragraph "An estimated 245 men are being held at the U.S. naval base in Cuba, most of whom have been detained for years without being charged with a crime. Among the sticky issues the Obama administration has to resolve are where to put those detainees — whether back in their home countries or at other federal detention centers — and how to prosecute some of them for war crimes."

which means our federal prisons are all that is left

its actually 12 years ago from what clinton left that crashed the credit and banking systems not what bush did

i wasnt going against his policies at all i was simply questioning where they will be going and i was referring to the statement that deon said not anything about views or anything like that

i agree with you guys he won and i want to see his plan succeed so our country can get back on its feet again...but its not all out country, the whole globe is like this and its all part of a cycle

[Bush rant] I dont care what anyone says about bush or if you think he destroyed this country, he served this country for 8 years and made sure that every single one of us stayed safe, just like i get criticized for not liking obama's plans im going to get on everyone's case about bush...you put any other person in his shoes and they would of had to make 1 of two decisions...go fight the war on terror and keep us safe and not so much attention on domestic policy or say who gives a shit about what the terrorists did or say or threaten and pay attention to domestic policy...once again he has fixing a clinton administration fuck up! and last time i recall everyone of the democratic members of congress voted for us to enter iraq but low and behold as soon as we get there now they all vote against it...why? to support the opposition that some members of this society would rather let us get attacked again and recover from the near bankruptcy the party was in, so im going to say to the people the disagree with what he did put yourself in his shoes and what would you do? most people wouldnt take the job for the same reason of what his happening now...personal ridicule from the country he did a damn good job protecting!
