Just got notification of permanent change of station. How is it there? Any general advice, tips, etc?

Nice, Not that far from where im going to school now(SIUC). Emission laws in il suck if ur near the chi... if u live out in bufu then u won't have to go for emissions.

You shouldn't have any issues with emmissions down there.

Sweet. How is insurance and general cost of living there? Im coming from Vegas so hopefully it's a little cheaper. What's the typical house cost?

in the deep of winter its like 20's day and teen's at night, winter tires r a very good idea if ur rocking summer tires now.

LOL I guess Bridgestone RE-01's aren't winter tires????
I wont be there until March so hopefully I can pass on the winter tires until the next winter.
