Anways i was driving down I275 today on my way to milan dragway to meet a buddie off the forums in michigan. Anways i was doin about 80mph in a 70.. i was driving then i hear pull the vehicle over now. I look back and its a state troper. I guess he has been trying to pull me over for 2-5 minutes but i didnt hear it. So anyways he comes up with his hand on the gun like i was a convict with a AK-47 in the trunk. So he tells us to get out of the car. So we get out. Not knowing that my best friends had a dime of weed on him from the night before. So they ask us, Do you have anything Illegal in the vehicle? I said no sir. so they check the car, Find nothing. Then they check us.... And they find some weed on my friend. Then they ask got are I.D. My friend hands the guy his, But when i went to grab mine my wallet was no where to be found. I said FUCK. So they handcuff me first and put me in the back of the police car. Next thing you know here comes my friend in hand cuffs for the weed. I just got out about an hour ago on a 250$ bond for driving without my license. hes still in jail waiting for his monday hearing. For some reason they cant set a bond for a charge like that they have to wait for the courts. Is any other state like that?
That was funny dude.. I was running late, never saw you, so i headed to Milan in search. Asked around, didnt find yah. Now I come home and you were arrested... no wonder! That sucks though man, well have to meet up sometime soon again for the races, or local shit. You still got my number, gimme a call sometime.
I will 4 sure. LOL i was gona give you call when i was getting oulled over telling you i would be a few minutes late but then i ended up goin to jail plus your number was in a piece of paper in my wallet that i left in my moms WRX.! But ya how was milan give me a few details? Im down to go out there sunday if they are having test and tune!
13.7 on my first 2 runs... then i ran a 13.9 because i broke a motor mount bolt. Im telling you what, I believe my car is a POS hahaha! I still love it though.
Is your car stock? what mods do you have done? Because i might beleve you didnt keep up to date on your info! lol did you stay for the races and what happend there? Very intrested since i was getting chased and worrying about droping the soap? lol

Damn, you f#%*ed up. First of all, you never allow the police to search you or your vehicle. They pulled you over for speeding and they had no probable cause to believe that you or your buddy were doing anything else wrong. Outside of smelling weed or booze on you, they had no reason to search you. I’d fight this one to the end. If you roll over for the MAN, we all lose a little freedom.

They pulled you over for speeding and they had no probable cause to believe that you or your buddy were doing anything else wrong. if the cop smelled weed or thought he did he has the right to ask you to search your car............you have the right to refuse then they will just impound your car and get a warrant to search it. either way you are screwed. i agree they should not have the right to just search your car but unfortunately they do yes we have more and more rights going bye bye and we cant do much about it. you just have to maks sure that you are careful what you are carrying
