I am going to wait until the first midnight madness....personally the track usually sucks on Tuesdays and the first day they open it really sucks...at least it did last year.
Is that(march 29th) the strip or the road course? If it's just the strip do they ever have track days for the road course? I would have to figure out a way to come over from Toledo sometime if they do road course track days.
I drove the road course when Chrysler had the Art of Driving there. It wasn't that great, its not as challenging as I thought it would be. I've heard its expensive to rent the track out for a day, but I could be wrong.
As far as IRP on the 29th, I've got school and I don't think its worth a trip down there for a few runs. I will be there for sure during the summer on tuesdays...

I know there's a road course just west of indy in putnam county. Seeing as it's the only one i've been to and i was a passenger (my uncle took me out in his 911) i can't compare it to others. But if people are interested in a road course, this could be an option. i think it was called putnam park raceway or something like that.
