Final decision is to go with the Econolodge, cheapest and closest.
The rates w/ tax are 42.37 a night, two person-2 double bed rooms. If you want extra people in the room it is $5.00 extra per person, so if you want 4 people in one room it is $10 extra minus 10%, our group rate discount. Kids under 18 are free.
Most people are coming late on Thursday night since the track since it starts so early, and staying both Thurs. and Friday night, since the dyno day is on Sat.
The rooms are booked under Glass City SRT's, and my name Jessica Hubbell if they need it. There are 12 rooms in a seperate building that we are getting first, and if more rooms are needed they will go into the main building. I asked about parking and she said that the back building was good because the parking was right there, and there is extra room for trailers/whatnot.......(little does she know we drive our cars to the raceway! LOL) The hotel has a total of 45 rooms, so we most likely will be the majority of people there. There is NOT an indoor pool, and she was unsure the outside one would be open then, but they do offer a continential breakfast from 7-10am.....waffles, cereal, bagels, that sort of thing.

PLEASE call asap to book a room out, you will need a credit card to hold the room but can pay as you wish when you get in! 419-668-5656

There is a resturant near by call Sugar Creek that will give us a 10% discount for staying here, she said they are VERY good, homestyle cooking! Maybe we can figure a dinner AFTER the track meet??

Anyway, call to book your rooms today! Please dont stick me with 15 rooms! LOL

Thats why Im posting in here. Saterday 9am-9pm my shop will have a dyno. Raffle with prizes for parts and a cookout. There will be a shootout as well.

We are staying at the hotel Thursday night, arriving 8/9 o'clock and going home on Friday night.

So we won't be part of aarons deal on Saturday.

I was contacted by Das and everyone asking for a dyno day. I have no problems canceling it. I guess I will get posting on it. If I dont have some people within a week, Ill just cancel it. No problem at all

He prob means him and his wife or something. I dont know what im doing so i could be there i could not im not sure yet. If i was in Ohio it would be a easier decision.
