Indy guys interested in Drive down To Evansville for Dyno Day
Any Indy guys who are planning on going down to the Evansville Dyno Day and want to ride in a "mini-group" post here so we can get a count. When we have a good idea on who wants to drive down together we can then post a meeting time and place.
What route would you guys take, down 65 south then 64w across? If so the maybe the indy guys can meet up with the Louisville guys and all ride together.
I know of 3 or 4 other guys who are heading down from Indy as well. I need to look at a map and see where would a good place to meet. Anyone is welcome to join...the more the better.
As far as the Louisville guys we are meeting at a exit on the way off 64w. It would be at a half way point for the indy guys, might be a good time to gas up and take a leak
OK, I'm in!!!!
I am atleast going down there with you all...
Franklin is close to the middle between Indy and Columbus, or we can meet in Columbus.....
I looked at mapquest. 3.5 hrs to get there from Franklin
I know that we will drive faster than mapquest estimates, but it will take time to get the straglers to the meeting point, and the meeting point for the other guys....
I suggest 6:00 to 6:30 somewhere in there
any later I think that we would be cutting it close
It only take about a hour and 20 minutes from the louisville area to get to E-ville dispite that map quest says(almost 2 hours) and thats just doing the speedlimit. Last time we all meet at 11am here and with the time difference we made it there alittle after 11am, there time.
I believe it takes alittle less then two hours to get to indy from here. So basicly as long as you leave by 9am from indy you should be here by 11am to meet with the louisville guys and we should make it to E-ville alittle after 11am there time.
