yep no problem bobby, i just wish i didnt have to go through with this. its not fair to void powertrain and suspension warrenties just because i lowered the car. i also think its wrong to sell 3 after market "mopar" suspension set-ups and not void a warrenty but, if you buy a aftermarket spring that is just as good if not better than what MOPAR sales, everything is void. it seems to be a monapoly type thing to me. its either there way or the highway. it BS. correct me if i am wrong, but thats how i feel.

No you are so right. Why don't you try a different dealer? Dellen in Greenfield is good to me.

ok, i ahve to add my dealer in there. probably pretty far for you indy guys, but Burger Dodge in Brazil has been great for me. The service manager drives an srt-4 and told me how much fun they are to drive. I have the airbox mod, but the top is cut out. 1 resonator out of the exhaust and the BOV and MSD wires, they never said a word about it. Just fixed my car and said have a good day. Wrx, I would call them, i can PM you the number if you wish, and set up an appointment. Trust me, they are cool, it would be worth the gas to save your warrenty because that shit ain't cheap
Let me know if you want there number

okay update people, I took my car to PALMER DODGE NORTH, the other palmer dealer. they took the car on a drive, came back, put it on the lift, called me out to the car to show me what is going on, and then said, i cant believe you where denied warrenty, this car is not made to be driven slow, parts break, we will warrenty this no problem. so i go back to the service desk to finish the paper work and i was told if i ever have a problem in the future with the car, bring it back there and they will fix it, no questions asked. they then told me the parts would be in, in a couple of day and i could take the car and bring it back if i wanted to. i asked if the car wassafe to drive untill then and the service manager say, dont worry about it, we will get you a rental car, no charge to you. at this point i am like WOW, this is amazing, what a difference between to dealerships! ok thats all i have for now. so if you have a problem go to palmer north, not west. they will treat you right.

glad you got it resolved, i hope they take care of you and your car. We should make a list for each state of mod friendly dealers so people don't have to look at the phone book and guess then get hasseled. Maybe a sticky???

Where is Palmer Dodge North located at? Also, is there any good dealerships on the south side. I know, it's weird to see someone from Germany asking this, but my car will be on a boat headed back towards Indy mid february, so I'm just trying to plan things out ahead.
