Gibby beat me to it! Make sure you come on over to www.indianasrt.com. We have meets all the time and there are plenty of us from Indy there. And silv3r, post up when you are coming up. We always try to have a good showing at IRP but we will make sure to show you around when you come up.
What area of Indy?--Old guy here from the SE side. Hit up ORP for some drag racing on tuesday nights and select friday midnight madness. For mostly older cars there are cruise ins on friday nights in the summer on the east side ( I take my challenger and my srt) and Sat nights in greenwood.

And what days does "ORP" have test-n-tune nights or open track nights up there? I mainly come up on weekends due to work. I put my .50 trim on last year and never had the chance to take it to a 1/4 mile track, just the local 1/8th. Now that the block and head will be done I want to run it on the 1/4mile. It'll be at least a month before it's done, the B.C. cams are on back order, but i'll be up before then sometime i'll just drive the slower back up srt . I'll post up when and maybe we could all meet up.
Well, they do Friday night events also called Midnight Madness. I know there is one the night before the Winged Warrior event. Here is the full schedule.
The night before ww3 would be a great time to go out. I plan on being there--maybe with stage3 by then. The car in my avatar is my 1971 Challenger 440 6 pack that I will have out for the car show for ww3. For pics of the Challenger go to Indy mopar club web site under events and there are a couple of pic under events from the 2007 world of wheels. I usually try to go out to ORP 4-5 times a season.
Saw this thread and figured this would be the place to start. I will be up in the area tues, wed, and thurs and wanted to see if anyone has a get together or hang out somewhere.
