Managed 241.6hp corrected and about 260tq (dynosheet is in my car, will scan it in tomorrow).
The AGP wastegate was set to 13.5psi because almost loose it was 13 so the installer made sure there was tension and that it wasn't loose. The Turbo XS SBC got me to 16max....but it still falls off to 12.5psi at redline. The way they ran my vacuum lines is the same as stock, but instead of having them running to the solenoid they are ran to the SBC...should work the same as putting a new line on right?
The tuner thinks the reason for the boost droping to 12.5 at redline is because of the backpressure forcing the wastegate open. I still have the stock o2 and downpipe. Looks like I'll be saving up money for a new exhaust system now.
