First Performance parts on order!!

[SRT-4_Racer]

The first performance parts (and a few others) for my SRT-4 are on order!!!

I ordered:
1. Mopar BOV
2. Turbo XS Boost Controller
3. Eyelids
4. dodge ram for back window
5. Clear 3rd light
6. titanium (purple) front turn signal bulbs

3 days or so until I install!!!!

Your gonna love the Mopar BOV.....that was my first mod. Completely changes to car IMO. Not too many cars around that can go PSHHHHHHH!!! I would recommend the Mopar STS (short throw shifter) next.

I think that my next investment is going to be stage 2....

and my next other mod is going to be mesh grille, and clear side markers(they were out today), and possibily power rear windows.....

first PERFORMANCE parts ordered?!?! I'm sorry but eyelids dont do anything for performance...either does a clear 3rd brake light, stickers for your windows, different colored signal bulbs, or a noisemaker (BOV)...

If you want performance parts, get something like a stage 2 w/toys and a short throw shifter.

hey we all know that eyelids add 10 hp each...and plus he bought them at a performance parts store so it's all good.

I plan on doing some visual modifications myself...but they won't do anything for the performance of my vehicle. I also plan on putting in the Mopar BOV for sound effects. I'm just waiting on my STG2 w/toys that I ordered back in DEC to get in so I can start really going nuts on all modifications and what not.

I would get some motor mount inserts, short throw shifter and wga. I've come to find out that those are the top 3 things most ppl do on their srt-4 1st aside the visual modifications. A forth might be a catch-can to keep your intake tract clean. Just my .02

I'll second the motor mount vote. That's my next pocket drainer. I'll probly just get new mounts, but some of the inserts seem to work well (especially considering they're a whole lot cheaper).

I'm pickin' up my Stage 1 tomorrow, errr I mean today (wasn't home for the FedEx guy, so now I have to go get it. Grrrrr). Next I'll start in on the exhaust. I've been think the Mopar/Borla and one of MaxxFab's downpipes.
I've got a box of small add-ons and tweaks just lying around waiting for good weather. Clear corners, Prothane MM inserts, stiffer rear end links, and a few other goodies.

I just wanted consistancy on boost for now, and I only had $200 to spend.
and it is better than stock right...

Forget the motor mount inserts-they don't work at all. Just order up some aftermarket motor mounts from any of the supporting vendors. You will be very happy with the reduction in wheel hop, well worth the money. It's a half hour job for even a novice.
