Hey Das - My car is down for a few weeks so I won't be needing the ghetto's this saturday, thanks though. I pulled the head and sent it off to be ported.

I did go to Norwalk. I think it was just me and 2MCHPSI from the forums. Very cool place. I ran a new best of 11.61 at 120 mph. If only I had the ghetto skinnies, I could have gotten into the 11.5's!

My next drag event will likely be the Sept 10th UTL. My goal is to have the car back together by then.

And Congrats on the new times man! That is Flying. IS that still with the ECu controlling boost? Whats the whole set up on that car now? Don't worry I won't tell everyone, it'll be our little secret.

Yes, ECU controlling, but I have a slight bleed to atmosphere on the wastegate line. The same setup I had when I was running Stage 2.

With the FMIC, my Stage 2 ran much lower boost than other Stage 2 cars so I used the bleed to raise the boost a couple of PSI. Same thing going on with my Stage 3. I only run about 19-20 psi usually while others are running 22-24psi. So I bleed the wg line slightly to gain a couple of psi.

I also have done a pretty thorough weight reduction including the small battery and I used 2MCHPSI's front wheels & tires on my rear.

Finetuner is not happy about the weight redux. Makes him MAD

Screw that old guy John. it's all about going fast, if he was not worried about going fast he would have the stock turbo. (I only said that so I could use that smiley too) Thats pretty damn good for your mods. Lets recap.

Stage 3 with toys
FMIC
Bleeder
Weight redux
= 11.6 @ 120?

I like my little battery. It seems fine so far. I did run it dead once by leaving the fan running to long once but I did that with the stock battery once too.

I am sticking with stop cams and gears.

My list of mods is:
Stage 3 w/toys
Mopar CAI
Mopar Exhaust
3" ndswngs 02 housing
3" ndswngs custom dp with cat
Zzap tb and spacer
Ported intake manifold
Cold side hard pipe
MSD ignition and Magnacore wires
ED FMIC
Slight wg bleed to 22-23psi (instead of usual 20psi)
Weight redux (seats removed, small battery)

I think that's it.

Yeah, I fixed the Zzap leak a few weeks ago.

And my apologies to you about the ported Intake mani. It was kind of an impulse buy when they posted that SRTOC members got 15% off. "It's on sale?? It's on SALE?? I've gotta get it....." One of those moments.
