Detroit Meet at Inkster & 11 Mile on 26-Aug-05 - SRT Forums

What's up. I stopped by the meet at Inkster and 11 mile Rd in Southfield tonight. It was pretty impressive, alot of nice cars, probably about 10-15 SRT-4's showed up. Anyone who was there post a message so we can share screen names.

My car was the e-blue with S-style eyelids and the mopar S1 springs.

Whoever didnt go they didn't miss much. Bunch of stupid kids with neon lights and some dubass kid with a yellow kitted 2nd gen neon revving the piss out of his enigne. Real mature

I used to go out to this meet every week last year, I've gone 2 or 3 times this year, and I'm probably not going back anymore.

Agreed, were quite a few dumb asses there. I enjoyed checking out the other SRT's that were there as well. Also there were a couple nice S2000's, Supra, 2006 Z06, and a Murcialago.

thanks for a ride on those stage 1 springs, i'll be getting those real soon... make sure you let us know when you come up next time, we can get together again

come on scott, i have this posted in michsrts.com, its the Redline meet, lol

nice meeting a few other new faces too... as for the people that don't behave there, they are being weeded out... every week a few more are told not to come back. It's sad to say but you run into a lot of people like that in the "tuner" scene.

Most people leave from this meet and head to woodward or some other spots to drive.

It was good meeting everyone also. I am currently still in China, Shanghai is an amazing city. It is huge! More people than you could even begin to concieve. I am definately ready to be home though. I will get into Detroit on Saturday afternoon, but I am heading right back to Fort Wayne. I will definately try to make it back up later this year for the Friday night meet. How long do you guys typically meet up on Fridays?

most of the cars don't go away until just before the snow flies. When it snows or gets too cold to stand around outside, then thats it for the year.
