God damn it! On the front page of today's Detroit Free Press there was an article pertaining to the EPA's planned emmission laws in 2007. Michigan only plans to test vehicles in 10 southeastern counties. The test will range from $25-$65. Supposedly, on newer vehicles, the test involves plugging in a test module underneath the dash. For older vehicles the "tailpipe test" will remain. The article even talked about a test that can monitor vehicles that are driving by using ultraviolet light beems. THIS IS SCARY!
I have an ED racepipe right now, all I have to say is thank God I kept my stock cat.
At the rate the world is going, we are going to deplete our petroleum supply in the next 40-50 years anyway.
It has been proven that newer cars burn cleaner.
The EPA should go after big businesses first before it charges people money to test their brand new fricken cars!!!
