Default Cold weather and performance question

Keep in mind I just moved up here over the summer (from Florida)...so this 17 degrees and colder stuff is new to me with the car.

Anyways I was wondering anyone ever track their car in this cold of weather and how much more "oomph" are we really getting because mine pulls like a freight train right now ripping 19psi fade to 14.5psi.

I'm only keeping it there and not tuning it down because I did 17psi before with a 9.9AFR midrange and a 13.5psi @ redline with a 10.9 AFR so I'm sure the increased boost is just nicely leaning it out to a more optimal amount. Knock on wood...no spark cut @ 19psi

It should be faster but I would imagine there would be more traction problems due to the colder track

I can vouch for that. I went to the track in November and it was around 45 degrees out. The car pulled great after I was well into 3rd. My best 60' was a 2.1 on BFG DR's though, and I was spinning well past that too. My best was only a 13.3 @ 107 with the mods in my sig. I got pissed and left after 45 minutes (For the Michiganders, it was Lapeer which is a dump to start with)
