Default Clutch Intall.

anyone know any place in chiago,palatine,shaumburg,wheeling,buffalo grove etc arae that can install my modular centerforce dual friction clutch and ??? somewhere good, fast, and affordable i wanna put it on asap!!!!!

have you tried one6 in arlington heights? or AMS..I am not sure with ams but I know they have had some experience with SRT-4s cuz they did have a track car.

I'm doing mine as we speak. Replace your throw out fork as well. Get the manual and do it yourself. It's not that bad. I bought a tranny jack and some tools and am in for just a few hundred minus the parts I needed. There is a great write up in the "How-To" section

450 does seem pricey. Aaron @ Realtune does it for about 250 as I recall. But then again, they can do 'em in about an hour.

its not that bad to do it yourself just fallow the write up posted above and your golden. just keep bolts labeled and organized so you knoe were they go. most of them you can put back into place so its impossible to misplace them. ive never worked on a clutch install b4 on any car and it would have taken me no more then 6 hrs. if i wasnt bullshiting around. make sure you have your fluids and always replace you TOB and TOB fork if you have alot of miles ive read about 30000 it nessacery.
