Just take a wild guess what local guy could do that?
Don't even say Realtune. Aaron was going to pencil me in for Friday but stopped responding to my private messages so I wasn't able to go get the tune. I have a feeling I'd set up an appointment with him, only to show up and he not be there.

Oh please.
When you have an appointment set in gold, than its YOUR time with us. I apologize that we didnt have time to service you. Thats one of the draw-backs of being as busy as we are.
I said I would TRY and see if we could get you in Friday. We have had a very stressfull past 2 weeks with a serious problem occur [which I told you]. If you cant understand that, than Im ok with us not doing business.
And just for the record, we are here 12hrs a day 7 days a week. However, we will be closed on Sundays for the rest of the year.

Have time to service me? You're the one who pm'd me asking me if I needed a tune. I didn't come to you recently. Unless you plan on setting an appointment "in gold," why message people about setting up a time for a tune? It seems like you pm'd me because you were bored.
When I sarcastically thanked you for the tune, you replied with, "Sorry man. Things are very crazy here." Yeah, it sure seems like I'm the one skewing the topic at hand. *rollseyes*
Secondly, you did not say you didn't have time, or it was a "maybe," you said, and I quote, "what about this friday afternoon?" Prior to that you told me it MAY be possible to get me in before 5pm when you headed to the track, and that you'd "check on that date." When I replied simply asking for a definitive answer and an address, you were nowhere to be found. I'm sorry, but it's not my fault you had to fire a staff member.

And I am OK with that, too. Since I'm new to the SRT-4 scene, I figured I was the one going out on a limb with having you guys tune as opposed to any other tune shop around to get A/F ratios set properly and a good dyno graph set.
You've done well with the community, and I don't question your tuning abilities; however, I think you could develop a more professional contact link between yourself and members of this community that are either new, unheard of, or haven't done business with you in the past.
