Default Cleaning/Renewing Carbon Fiber Hood

Hey guys,

My carbon fiber hood is starting to turn a milky color in spots, as well as not feeling smooth. I wash and wax it regularly and its happened in the past few weeks. No matter how good of a job washing it a few days down the road its back to its milky rough texture. I am up for suggestions if you guys have any. I guess I also wouldn't mind a trade for an e-blue hood either if the hood can be saved. Just let me know, thanks in advance!
