What was holding the whole linkage onto the ball of the pedel. Was a small rubber bushing.
I just barly touched the linkage away from the pedal. And the linkage totally came off.
Just as simple as a "snap" back on the ball. But seriously. Why couldnt Dodge take more concern into parts like this?
Kind of like, if they built cars the way they should you would never need a mechanic. Or wouldn't need them as much. lol
I got some facts on the race, by no means am i knocking any one but i some how ran into the exact owner of the saleen and saw it in person. Silver, Saleen (numbers car, it is a saleen, not just a "body kit") 20" rims, 3900lbs min, they ran into the top of 4th (120)....The owner (i spoke directly to him in person) said he was ahead by atleast a car but was extemely impressed. His car has 302 stroker, different gears, vortech blower, and then just regular bolt ons....567hsp...good kill
Id be up for a meet as soon as the clutch is in. Hopefully this weekend.
AND on the part
Just got back from dodge. HOPEFULLY it is this bushing the SHITTY ass diagram is showing. 8$ part. Because if not, Then the whole entire master cylinder needs replaced. Because it is all one unit. But i am 98% sure that its just this bushing. But sucks that Dodge puts so many cheap plastic parts on this car to break like this.
I have no clue how that would break. It does nothing but move inward and outward.

Check with Rage/Nemo I think that they have a fix for your problem.
