His car has everything needed for someone to have enough power. With the fiel rail on and good lean out on fuel and half the knock. It was ripping compared to how slow it was.

A little update on John's neon. He is having it checked out by the guy who fixed his engine. He has a camera that goes down the hole where the spark plug goes in cyclinder 4. This is the cyclider that had 20-30 less compression than it should. He said if the cyclinder wall is not shot then he'll fix it really cheap because he will not have to rip the engine apart. If the cylinder is messed up he'll have to go in and bore everything then sleve them as well. = money. So he is supposed to go over his house this week and take the pics.
