When I was looking for an SRT the dealer in Milford fucked me around. I really didnt like them. Ended up getting it from Kings Dodge.
Kings Dodge and Kerry Dodge are idiots.
Kings: After finalizing paper work and about ready to walk out the door with my new car order, the salesman decided to change the amount they were giving on my trade in.
Kerry: I was the first person a couple of years ago to inform Kerry Dodge about the car coming out, after I got pissed off at Kings Dodge, I went to Kerry and said I'll take a SRT-4 at MSRP as long as you give me XXXX amount of dollars for my trade in. They agreed about the trade in, but wanted to sell a SRT-4 for over 24,000 dollars. I laughed and said it's bullshit that your marking them up and the salesman laughed and I called him a jackass.
I bought my car from Joe Kidd and had great service from them, and their service department. When I go in for regular things at service the salesman come out and say hi and chit chat with me all the time.
Oh, im not denying that theyre idiots. I mean I must have called at least 24 dealers for a month an half straight when they were first coming out. Pretty much all of them didnt even know what the SRT4 was and didnt have a clue.
Then after about a month and half I called Kings Dodge and the guy was like 'oh yah, we got a vin for the only one were getting in' n i was like 'HOLD THAT VIN' i busted ass down there made the deposit for it and all i had was a lil piece of paper with a vin on it. Then I call 2 days later asking if it came in and asked to speak with the rep i was working with. Aparently he was fired and no one knew anything about what was going on. 4 hrs later they call me back and found my info *phew*. They then asked what color i wanted and I said that I prefered black. They said the only one theyre getting in is Yellow. I said id take it. 2 weeks later the car finally comes in. I go to pick it up and it already has 40 miles on it. Found out the techs took it for a test drive. They ended up giving it to me for MSRP tho. After that I moved back to madison and a month later received an email from them saying that theyre getting one in. Thats from way back when i asked them to put my name on some list for one. Glad to see how that works.
I started out at Kerry Dodge in milford, the salesman was cool to me, he was a newer guy. Didnt know anything about the car, had to explain some things to him. It was a red 04 they havent been able to get rid of, still brand new..
Price was 19,400. So I filled out the paperwok, (credit approval) got that done. The next day my mom goes in to look at it, and my cool salesman was a total ass to her. Gave her the normal "youre a lady you dunno anything" which was true, but you know..I'm real close w/ my family and they pissed me off. He wouldnt deal on an 04 model, told her we _HAD_ to put money down, which was stupid...
So needless to say, I called him up, and told him and the sales manager I wouldn't be buying from their dealership I was going to go to Joe Kidd Dodge on beechmont ave, where I was going to be paying 2k more for a car because when my mother wen't in to the dealership, they took incredible care of her. I haden't seen it yet, that next day I wen't down to the dealership to sign the papers. My salesman was the nicest guy, the sales manager wen't out of his way to get the intrest rate down. Took a 1k off of the car, gave me 6k for my pos 02 cougar with 80k+ miles, no air..bad alignment. I owed 7, so it wasnt bad. I payed 20,500 for a new 05 orange blast, no sun roof...but great car! I LOVE IT!
I did visit Kings but they only had one used 03, so...I wanted new. So needless to say, joe kidd did an awesome job..and I would deff. go back there again. Kerry can shove it up their asses.
When I'm actually home (such as this weekend), I'm in Mason just off of Tylersville Rd.
Besides noTe I've only seen two more, both blue. One guy works at Staples, and the other at Advance Autoparts....but they could be the same guy.

So you are the one that bought the first one from them? I bought the second. Bad choice of dealership.
I will NEVER buy another car from them. The saleman was okay, but the service department is a joke. Don't get me started.

Yah, I bought their first one. They didnt clear coat it before I picked it up, so i had to bring it back. While Im checking my car in, the service guy was like...'thats a nice lil car... we had some fun test driving it'. I was like WTF im right here and your telling me this. Anyways, they gave me this crappy intrepid for a loaner car and they didnt put gas in it so i had to drive it back, ended up making me late for work. Yah, I was happy to be able to have my car back from them. That was the last time I went there before I moved back to madison. Honestly, I dont think theyre any worse then any other service dept.

I hear that one kleen, for some reason Dodge Service Dept's have notoriously bad reputations. Out of the many I know of I think there are 2 that I would take a vehicle to. But what I find odd is that for the most part dealers that are only Chrysler/Jeep seem to have good reps.
Something about selling Vipers goes to their heads or something.
