the 441 could just be a loose gas cap or a leaking vaccum line to/from the purge canister. Or it could be just a fluke. I'd clear it out and see if it comes back, it might never return.
The missfire is usually exactly as it says. Check all the plugs and wires, not just #3. If the plugs have more than 20k or if the wires are more than 40 k on them, replace them regardless. If they look good and you haven't experienced any bucking or a rough engine specifically under acceleration, I'd just clear the code and see if and when it might return.
fyi: The pcm doesn't monitor the actual ignition system for misfiring. Instead it just monitors the crankshaft speed for abnormal fluctuations that might be out of a predermined limit, so its any "misfire" is open to some interpretation.
With all the rain and damp weather we have been having, I'd suspect a bit of moisture had just accumulated on a some what greasy plug wire, causing a missfire every now and then.

my bad, i havent been able to get back on here for awhile.. i think the problem was the coil. i had the msd and everytime it rained my car would studder when it tried to spool up,, and the last time it rained it would barely idol, so i swapped the coil for a good stock one and it fixed the problem for now (knock on wood)... i have brand new plugs gapped at 33, new injectors, now new coil, so if it happens again ill change the wires... thanks for your input though.....
