Default Can Some Ohio Peeps Help Me Out?!?!?!

I drove form atlanta to shelby ohio yesterday and that 9 hour drive killed my coilpack/wires

i found a coilpack and some wires but i need a coilpack shield. i havent ever has issues with the heat but then again ive never drove the car more than hour and half at a time. im thinking the 9 hour trip back home will fry my new coil/wires as well.

im here untill tuesday morning, if anybody that off interstates 71 or 75 has a coil shield they are willing to sell me please PM me ASAP!!!!

if you can take the 2 little clips off the 2.4 turbo insert in the hood and cut the backing off it to help let air through to cool the back part of the turbo and everything.

I'd totally help you out with that heat shield, but I'm like an hour away or so

Do you have any tools available to you? You could buy 26 gauge steel from home depot and create a make-shift one for now if so.

Well I trimmed the hood scoop and used some metal that was laying around the house to make a very ugly coilpack heat shield LOL

it will do the job till I get back to Atlanta.

If any of the SRT owners I met on park ave in Mansfield Saturday read this, it was good to meet you guys!
