Back when I was in college I worked for a stereo place called Mobile Electronics down on Morse Rd. Anyway, we did a lot of dealer work and I'd say go to either Trader Bud's or Byers. Both of them were great to work with aftermarket wise. But again, that could have all changed by now.
I've never taken my car in for any work. My experience is only with salespeople.
So, sadly, I can't really offer an informed opinion. I had my dad's car in to Caldwell's once for warranty work... and it was a pain in the ass. But one call to Chrysler directly got that sorted out.
The salesperson I dealt with at Trader Bud's was a bit annoying/shady. So that makes me suspicious of the whole dealership.
Don't go to carraige town, I have had mine in there a lot and one of the times I was in there, the mechanic said to me "Ive never seen one of these cars before". But I did drop my car off there about a hour ago. But that just becuase I have bitched at them so much they now take good care of me and my car used to spend more time there than with me. Just out of curiosity...whats wrong?
Whatever you do avoid spitzer dodge like the plague!!! I had some legal issues with them and dcx legal had to step in to get everything fixed. The worst car buying experience ever.
Trader buds fixed some paint damage and they left parts in the car, trash in the car and the paint work is falling apart.
bob caldwell doesnt sell srts so i am kinda scared to take it there. So the only option you really have is nelson auto group.
JOB30, That's not what I wanted to hear about Carraige-Town Dodge. That's the dealer where I purchased my SRT and I need to take it in for some new car 'glitches'. What type of stuff did you have them fix that went so wrong?
Damn straight. Fix that yourself! If you've got a soldering iron and some time, it's quick and easy. (Okay, it's really not super quick, or super easy, but I did do it myself - and it's still holding up.)
The first time I fixed it, it was total DIY with a piece of wire soldered in and taped back up. That lasted about a month. Second time I did it, I actually ordered the repair kit (comes with nice long wires, connectors and heat-shrink tubing). I ordered mine from James Campbell at Performance Speedship (pwr2win@gmail.com). He had it in stock, got it in 3 days or so.
My third wire was broken exactly where they showed it. The first time I fixed it, the car was just running poorly but never threw the code. Second time, it acted up to the point I wasn't sure I'd make it to or from work that day. And I threw the code.
It's been great since the fix. Good luck whether you do it yourself or go to a dealership! (Don't drive too far - gas went from crazy yesterday to f**king outrageous today - and my light's on. Crap.)
Stay away from Trader Buds. They've tried to rip me off and make me pay $600+ to fix my A/C when the car was under a year old. I took it to Bob Caldwell Dodge Country and they fixed it under warranty while I waited. They didn't try to blame my A/C problem on my AGP WGA.

I have used TRI-County Chrysler in Heath, OH where I purchased my SRT and they have always to date done a very good job. I do not know what you want done? They have not done any major work on mine to date, however I am having some front wheel bearing isssues and I will see what happens.
Trader Bud's sucks - plain & simple.
THe DODGE place in Dublin is good & quick, but they aren't open on weekend (What the...?!?!)
Best bet I have had so far is Bob Caldwell - ask for Todd - he knows me by name & voice I have been in there so much (not for complaining or bad things). He has cut me breaks on rental cars & also on fixing things under warranty that I messed up while messing around with stuff I shouldn't have been messin' with!!
I've got stage 1, aftermarket WGA, exhaust, etc. I've only had oil changes done so far. But they sold me the stage 1 kit so I assume they're not going to hassle me. Also, my car was broken into the other night, dash is messed up. Car's in there as I write this. I'll post how it goes. So far, they've been nothing but nice to me.
