i was just plannin on paying at the gate for racing when i arrive with the realtune crew... Do you have to pre register??? I allready booked a hotel room...
I would MUCH MUCH prefer you pre-pay and register before showing at the gate. It saves us from having to figure out classes, prizes, trophies, head hunt people down for $$$, etc. last minute. No offense to you, but I don't trust anyone that states "they will be coming and pay when they get there" and then not pay or even show up. I have seen it done to Aaron before and I want to keep it down this time around. It doesn't do the event any good when it's not accounted for before the track. When you register/pay before the event, all you have to do is give us your name at the gate and you're checked off the list and can go prep. We can race real shortly afterward and probably have extra time in the end for some open track instead of wasting time figuring this stuff out. Due to the fact alot of people are waiting until last minute, I may just do that. Stay tuned on this.

I will agree to this on the condition that YOU BRING YOUR RECEIPT W/ THE CORRECT AMOUNT AND PEOPLE (good idea Tony). If you don't have the receipt that you paid the spectator fee, you will have to pay the $5 per person to get in. I am not going to keep track of who paid the spectator fee and the names of the people, but someone will be looking at the receipt at the gate to make sure the amount/# of ppl correspond with each other.
(Eric, I'm not stating this directly at you, more to everyone else that wants to pay ahead of time for a spectator fee).

no problem bro they will prolly all pay at the gate anyways but we def need to get everyone signed up early. That way the track can be paid for and the money from spectators will go towards stuff like spraying the track and prizes etc.

I got a better idea for u this is what I would do if I planned on attending a cross country event. Fly to Cleveland (cheaper than gas and wear and tear on car prolly) and rent like a SRT8 Challenger for the day. Bring to track. Rape the shit out of it (jus make sure u get the $5 insurance). Go home. Its a SRT vehicle

Good point Chad it would make it alot easier for us to just be able to check your guys names off of a list. It will also speed things up so ppl can get ready to race and cut down on congestion at the gate.
sooooooo i signed up for the dyno with my neon.... but now i have an srt-6 and want to change it to track.... can i do that or am i going to throw things off?
I will not be running anything at the track or dyno. I am however going to be donating my time and my truck, as well as buying a t-shirt and i'll also donate money to help the cause.
