Peoples,
We need your early registrations! We cannot pay for, trophies, shirts, etc. unless we don't get ALOT more early registrations! The track has already reserved and we must go forth with the rental. We have a huge list of people that said they are committed to coming, but have not signed up! I am going to need atleast 50-60 people signed up for the track by MAY 4TH.
If we do not fulfill this requirement, we will discuss further what to do. More than likely will have just an open track day. The open track day will be open to just about anyone at this point (I'm told alot of local V8's might show if this is the case) and there will not be any shirts, prizes, trophies, vendor goodies, etc. This will also mean that there will not be any show event held that day. The dyno will still go on as planned, but without the trophies. I would like to keep it strictly to a Mopar event if at all possible as it is something everyone has in common.
If you have already paid, a refund will be given for the difference of the prices. If you did the show only, I will give you a full refund or you can opt to pay extra for the track only.
SO PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GET YOUR REGISTRATIONS SENT IN THE NEXT WEEK SO WE CAN KEEP THIS GOING!
do people need to sign-up if there not doing the track,show or dyno.
Imo i would say yes..... i know this hasnt been brought up but if somebody pays the entry fee and brings a paypal receipt can they get in??? But dont take my word let others chime in on this???

If your just going to watch, $5 per person at the gate or via Paypal. If you pay via PayPal, YOU MUST BRING YOUR PAYPAL RECEIPT AND SHOW IT AT THE GATE WITH THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF PEOPLE.

i was just plannin on paying at the gate for racing when i arrive with the realtune crew... Do you have to pre register??? I allready booked a hotel room...

Come on ppl run at the track. I know alot of ppl are worried about breaking something being away from home. Trust me there are enough ppl around that are more than willing to help out. We will get u back on the road. Hell if push comes to shove and u can stay at my house im 25 mins from the track. We just need to get as many ppl to register so we can make this event happen. So please please please sign up it will be worth every penny
