I have an oppertunity to purchase the Diablo CMR software which is a big investment and will take many tunes up to 100 to recoupe the investment.
In todays economy I am sweating this decission.
How many guys have them and would be interested in coming to Jannetty Racing for a Real Dyno Tune using your Preditor or one that I can provide.
We have already had great success with our tuning ability using SCT software on the Dodge Products, but as you all know there is no Data logging and I don't expect it any time soon.
I have been loyal to SCT for years and as Much as I hate to admit it Diablo has a better handle on Dodge, they have better vehicle coverage and more functions, and they answer the phone.
If you have any interest in taking advantage of what Jannetty Racing has to offer Please Post your answer.
i sold my sct hand held unit and now Im a beta tester for diablosport trinity. I must say I freaking love it bc if I feel the car is running too rich, I can make a small adjustment on trinity w/o having to bug the tuner to send me a new tune file unlike the SCT. For the SCT, if something isnt running right, I have to get a new map and load it onto the PCM.
If you were to look at Dsport part of this forum, you'd see a lot of support and many end users for it and compare it to SCT. The Traffic in SCT is slowly starting to die off and I can see the traffic starting to increase in diablosport.
that's my 2 cents. I think it would be a good investment for you, why dont you post in diablosport section and see what they have to say?? Im sure you would get more support in there.
the market is SATURATED right now. every vendor and their mom is sellin DSP now. which is great, but its guna hurt sales...especially joining into the DSP brigade so late.
only reason i would say maybe...is the dodge CMR is good for all dodge vehicles right? and not jus the srt?...
meaning...how well is your aftermarket support for other dodges?
wait it out for hptuners, and be the 1st to the gates w/ that
this is comiing from a business/profiting perspective...

Yes I realize the personal unit market is flooded.
I am talking about custom Dyno Tuning for Diablo customers.
I have dodge coverage now with SCT and it Works Well, I am just trying to find out if I am missing out on a Market, I think I may be.
Yes My shop is equipped the the people and the equipment to support all Dodge products, have been for many years.
I think the internet has made customers seek out shops that only work on they're type car, but I believe this limits a shops ability to learn from other makes.
I know I learn someting everyday and I am always picking up something from one manufacturer that can be applied to another.

I already have a DSP, and i've wanted a Jannetty tune since I went big turbo, so of course you should do it.
That said, the economy is slowing down and usually the first areas people cut costs are their hobbies, car modding included. I guess you'd be hedging your bets on the economy turning around to get people spending money on their cars again
I'm seriously considering picking up the Dsport within the next week and would def take a ride up to get a good dyno tune. Having a reputable tuner in the tri-state area would make the decision that much easier.
