ODST is a prequel to HALO 3, using the HALO 3 engine. Go to Bungie.net, plenty of in game footage there.
I do try to keep up, but not so much with the 360 stuff since I don't own one. I know they were basing it off of Halo 3 (hence the name), but didn't know if they did any improvements to it or not.
some improvements, honestly its a totally different game and experience. mroe aggressive AI (like Halo 2), No shields but a weaker system. small arsenal of Human weapons. Story has a Fallout type gameplay to it, you gotta find items or places or ect to put together the story.
Miguel would I be completely lost never having played any of the other Halo campaigns. I know its sad but I've only owned my 360 since June and never had an original Xbox.
yes you would. Honestly. i mean you can play all on easy in a decent amount of time to get a quick reference for the huge story that is HALO and its universe.
Halo 1
Halo 2
Halo 3
Halo Wars
Halo 3: ODST
Of course there are the Novels but Wiki breaks down alot.
I mean if you dont want to play all the games, read wiki i guess.
