Default PSN to bring DC and PS2 games to PS3?

News: PSN to Bring PS2 and Dreamcast Games to the PS3? - Kombo.com

If it is true, it could definitely move more PS3's IMO.

It would be a LOW DOWN move if they add software PS2 emulation but not through actual discs. if they allow you to use your original games, I'm all for it.

Dreamcast availability would be nice, BUT I don't think it's a huge draw. Dreamcast has a cult following and those of us in the cult already own the hardware and games. Even if you wanted to get into Dreamcast today, you can pick them up dirt cheap and most of the games are readily available. It's a shame it's not possible for the PS3 to read Dreamcast discs, because if they could implement that, it would be pretty badass.

I wish some PS2 games would be available for download. Id definately have some on my hard drive, socom, and gta3 come to mind. As for dreamcast games, guess it would be pretty sweet to play Shenmue again.

I sold off all my old PS2 games except for a couple. I wouldn't mind paying for some for download though.

It would be pretty sweet. Most of my ps2 games are old and worn out, so being able to dl them again would be awesome. I will just have to upgrade my hd, cause its already full.
