I'm no fanboy...if I was I would only own one of the consoles and put a ps3 controller in my avatar. You don't have to be a nuthugger to know which one is better.
IDK about all that, I'm just not really feelin all the fags that always say 360 > PS3.
360 has better online play, I'll give it that. But I'd never buy a system that I know will fail sooner or later, that's why I love my PS3. It's fucking bulletproof.
Dont know how good a bullet proof vest is until you actually test it. Playing 300hours worth of Movies isnt considered "Bullet Proof".
I didnt know there was a game to be played for 12 hours straight on ps3.
i played Burnout Paradise for about 10 hours when i was on night shift duty, although i did pause it a few times.
i also find it funny that you guys say gaming for a long time = no life (which i normally agree) but you 360 nutswingers are the first ones to talk about how reliable your systems are, if it hasn't RRoD yet, like Shir0wtf4 does. you know, how all 30 of his 360s never broke. well no shit dickhead, they don't see enough game time to make them RRoD since you just rotate consoles every day, although thats one way to never be out a 360.
Seriously, does anyone really know what Bluray really is? Its a new (or newer) technology for more storage space. More space doesnt mean a better game. Thats up to the developers. (It doesnt help when your system is a pain in the ass to program for.) It especially doesnt help when your loads would be so long without installing the game beforehand AND using redundant data to keep load times down. So the space you wouldve had for new data is being used for repetition so you dont have 30min load times. Maybe when a x6 or more player is installed in a system, it'll really be worth it...
More space is what the game designers have been bitching about for years, now they have it and don't know what to do with it all.
I have been known to have some pretty lengthy gaming sessions. More so when I was younger and had a lot more free time on my hands. I can remember we played Mortal Kombat on the Sega Genesis for a good 15 hours straight. When we took the game out it was super hot to the touch. lol Good times. The longest I have left my PS3 powered on was for more than a week with a mix of Folding, gaming and movies. The longest I have played a PS3 game straight was probably around 8 hours while me and a buddy of mine played Warhawk all night.

I have put a beating on my PS3, 48 hours straight gaming time. I have beat most the 2 player shooter games with my son in 2 days or one day straight through. This console have been 100% bullet proof for me and I couldn't be happier with it.
that's like saying my car sucks because it cant float across water. it's kind of a null fact since it's something i'd never even try to do in my life.
games for 12 hours straight... :lmao: seriously?
Actually it would be like saying your car sucks because it can't go faster than 50mph otherwise it might break, so yeah that would make it kinda suck.
Oh and technically PS3 has HDMI 1.3 and 360 has HDMI 1.2 allwoing the PS3 to have a bigger range of colors that can be viewed over the 360. Just a small info bit if you didn't know

If ToyotaMopar was still here he would say, "Average joe shmoe with the 25" CRT TV doesn't even know what HDMI 1.3 is. It's not even needed for gaming, blah blah blah."
