I'm not too much of a gamer but a friend of mine is. He told me it will not have touch buttons, it is an ugly design and will not play ps2 games. Awesome!

Any complaints are purely 100% subjective. If the PS3 works fine for you and you are happy with it, then it's great. If you bought one and it died on you.........oh wait, that is the 360. Well if you bought a PS3 and didn't like it, then so be it. Opinions are like assholes, everyone has one and they are all full of shit.
