ok, here's your card. it's not the best that's out there, but it will be more than enough to compliment your existing hardware and play modern games at fair settings .
I thought they had something even faster than a 7900GS or something for AGP...7300GT sounds extremely weak
they are finding ones that are rather inexpensive for me, not so much looking for really high end gamming but something that I can run games on my tv off my PC and they look better then my console

You might as well just stick with a monitor. Tv's have lower resolution despite the larger screen.

PC gaming, specially with FPS, mouse & kb > *
well I have a 65" HDTV and relaly I am happy with console graphics so I am willing to stick at a little beter level than that. so much talk about PC being cheaper and all and the games costing less I figure I rather hook up to tv and try it out.
also mouse and kb is a no go for me beacuase of some nerve issues. typing on her eis about my limit, I hurt myself a ton when just playing COH
how do you like it? have you run it out onto your TV yet? what games you play on it?
Well i actually have that 7300 series... i might have the one above it. ill look at it when i get home. But it plays most games just fine. I particular like battlechess style games like Warcraft And Starcraft and they run ok. I wouldnt get it though because its outdated

OK thanks for the heads up. yeah all I trying to do is turn my PC into a slightly better version of the 360 since PC games cost less
ive never tested them side by side but id be inclined to say its at least equal.. seeing COD4 on the 360 really opened my eyes to how truly shitty graphics on that console are..

really was it on an HDTV with HDMI there is a noticble differnce when hooked up that way. I know that there were some games that went from looking like PS2 games to what you would expect. Then again compared to PC games and a good system I guess most things would look bad. But that doesnt stop pretty much everyone on here from owning a few consoles as well as PC's
consoles can't compete with PCs in the graphics division. 1080p is the best you can do with a console, yet very few games actually do, most upscale from 720p.
Nothing beats PC gaming but you have to pay a lot more. PC gaming also has come a long way. Before if you have a different sound card, or video card, it isn't supported... you're out of luck.
The good thing about PC gaming is that you can always upgrade your hardware at any time.
