anyone understand how the online ranking system works? I don't get how and why I go up or down so many points for finishing in a decent position, it bothers the hell out of me

your rank, your opponents ranks, and your overall time

im guessing it'll be a long time before anyone figures it out exactly.

by the way to all my friends.. i'm #1 on the leaderboard for the current tournament as of last night

beating you all by almost 2 seconds

but as for the world rankings... a bunch of japanese guys are 20 seconds ahead. i cant even fathom how its possible

lol damn you. Oh well I got my ass whooped real bad just now. I've only got about 7 or 8 online races under my belt. ~5320 ranking or so. Yeah just post up when you're getting on and I'll hop on as well

just finished the last GP this morning. gold on everything. now i gotta go back and try for at least 1 star on everything, but im not gonna stress over 2 and 3.. havent even seen 3 stars yet

also trying to unlock all the expert staff ghosts. not as hard as i though

i only have stars for 4 of the cups on 50cc I have to unlock a few more characters and karts/bikes. I'm curious to see what the best combo is

I just picked up the game!

It's not super responsive steering like i had hoped but it's okay. does moving the sensor bar closer fix the problem? I have it about 4-5 feet from me now

did you sign up on n-g-online? Do that and request us all, we'll swap friend numbers that way. Enjoy the game it's a lot of fun. You have to get online as well

we all share our codes on Nintendo Gamers Online. Online registry for matchmaking in Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS Online Games with Nintendo WFC Wi-Fi Connection

just register there and then it works like myspace for friending people.. it's the easiest way to trade codes and keep track of them
