Is it just me or is this game kind of hard? How does this camo work? You have to stay still or lean up against the wall/floor?
I wouldn't really say it is difficult, although I have died a couple of times. What difficulty level are you playing it on? The camo works just like you stated, up against a wall/object and hit triangle and then a couple seconds later you blend in, or lay down and wait a couple seconds. Just keep an eye on the camo % on the upper right side of screen, the higher the % the less likely you are of being spotted.
I completed Act 2 yesterday and I must say that this game just gets better and better! It definitely deserves all of the critical acclaim it has received.
Some parts feel like it's Far Cry...others where it's a game I don't really like too much
I might be fighting the change too much but I don't like it as much as I thought I would. The new features for the game are awesome though. The new suit is cool.
WTF is with snake always taking apart and messing with the guns now? He never did that before. Nohemi is freaking HAWT
I just beat the game today and I must say I am very impressed! By far the best MGS game made IMO. I loved everything about it. There were a lot of cutscenes which is to be expected being that it is Metal Gear Solid game and the final chapter at that so there were a lot of loose ends to tie up. On top of the great gameplay and intense story the graphics are better than any game I have ever played. 10/10 in my book.
BTW, the rumored 90 min cutscene was just that, a rumor.
I just beat the game yesterday, a complete 10/10 IMO, graphics, gameplay, and storyline, all were very impressive....playing it in HD was just totally awesome, i'm gonna have to get the first 3 which i regret selling when i sold my PS1 and PS2, so i can have the entire collection....
My most favorite things of the game is the camo suit and how you can customize the weapons and there is a big amount of weapons to choose from...today though i'm gonna try out the online multiplayer, see how good that is...

FYI.. there's a MGS collection out now for like 30 bucks with the first 3 games.

i gave it a 10/10 because it was an opinion on how i felt about the game and cause it met or exceeded my expectations....isn't that what all game magazine's do, give opinions on how they feel about the game?
