I'm for it. But Metal Gear is FULL of itself. They are going apeshit with the story line here. It's one thing to make a game and another to start competing with Final Fantasy HAHA.
I've beaten Xenosaga..you guys don't know shit about cutscenes
I'm all for it. I enjoy the storyline and didn't mind sitting through the cut-scenes in Sons of Liberty.
If you know about Kojima, then you know how the man loves to tell a story. And since Guns of the Patriots takes place after Sons of Liberty I'm hyped to see what's going on.

dont get me wrong.. im fine with games having cutscenes.. intersparsed throughout the game.. to illustrate something that the in-game engine cannot.. but 90 minutes means you're devoting a movie length sitting to the game.. and not playing.
the original metal gear solid was about... 7 or 8 hours long? how long will this game be to support a 90 min cutscene?
i mean,.. im playing Blue Dragon right now, and it has A LOT of (short) cutscenes. it seems like the perfect amount... but that's a 40-50 hr long game.. and no single scene has been more than 10 minutes or so.
