^^^ ur analogy of a shooting game is now called airsoft. Only difference is the projectiles are 6mm plastic balls instead of... brass balls.... lulz. I mean shit i had a full auto airsoft gun that was capable of near 800rounds/min @ ~450 ft/sec. And it wasn't the most high powered out there either, not by a long shot.

I didn't see any people die. I only saw buildings collapse. And I didn't see any people in the airplanes. For all we know, the planes were flying themselves.

Holy fucking shit man, I've had Half-Life 2, episode 1 and episode 2 installed and have yet to beat the very first Half-Life 2... I didn't even get to episode 1 yet.
GODDAMN YOU CRYSIS/TF2/CS:S, I FUCKING HATE YOU!!!!!!!
My only beef with the Half Life series is that for the most part, save for Episode 2, you're alone in a lot of the game. Which is fine because most of the NPC's are complete idiots, but it's like....you're doing the entire game by yourself with a character who doesn't say one word.

thats why more than a handful of games dont show you your character or even let your guy say anything. Gets you more into the game thinking it would be you running around..
