actually you do it for the same reason anyone defends a MS product; you think you made the right choice since nothing else was on the market at the time,
i just bought my 360 in novemeber.. but i guess "nothing else on the market" could just as easily mean "no games on ps3".. so yeah, i bought a 360

if by "no games" you mean a slow start than yes..........
look around, there are few exclusives on either console anymore. and those aren't even all that great. honestly, it still stems back to people buying what works for them. the PS3 is an unjustified purchase for you, for whatever reason. some people love it. just like me, i have zero intentions of ever buying a Xbox.......they don't have any games i want to play.
what is so hard for people to understand about this concept?

Yeah but worldwide people choose the PS3 and Wii over the 360. The 360 benefited from having a year headstart on all next gen systems but lost it to the Wii and is losing that headstart to the PS3.
you bought a 360 but now most people buy a PS3 or Wii as their console of choice.

Correction: Now most people buy a Wii for the console and a Ps3 for a BLURAY player.

oh lord...........*sigh*
what does the 360 have over the PS3 in terms of newer titles? face it, the PS3 had a slow start but is moving up. the exclusive titles are still a little on the slow side, but then again for casual gaming, by the time you beat or get tired of a certain game, something else is out. but i guess if you are the type to beat a game in a few days, perhaps you should take a look at your life..........you need to get a girlfriend.

Few days? Well i mean most games are on the average 6-8 hours long. 360 has a better gameplay experience over PS3. Simple

thats a purely subjective statement.
GTA4 is only a few hours long? hell man, i've been playing it for a while, but with everything else going on in real life (i.e., not college or living at home) i find i generally have maybe an hour to play a game at a time, so a game like GTA4 or Burnout: Paradise takes me a while to finally beat. and forget how long it takes me to complete a season in Madden or some other sports game.
again, saying the 360 has a better gameplay experience is crazy, because for me, i found it to be the opposite. i don't like the controllers at all and for that it scores low. you can show me all the bullshit you want about how much "better" 360 controllers are, but it still boils down to personal preference. why can't you understand that?
no seriously, i worked with this one guy last week, and he told me that 360 and PS3 sucked ass and that Wii was the best system of all time, i just looked at him crazy, he said the Wii has better games and better gameplay than the 360 and PS3

Why cant i understand what? That you prefer PS3? I do you ass, thats your preference. Me saying 360 is a better gaming experience is my opinion. You just stick with Sony everything and try to call others nuthuggers. You got Sony t.v., Sony DSLR, Sony ps3, Fridge.... i bet if Sony made cars you'd have one. I hate you =\

honestly you don't need to voice your opinion on gaming systems anymore, your avatar gives away your preference.
