I was under the assumption this was a user ban not a console ban because I tried signing in as a guest to make a new account...no dice. No biggie I can maybe count on my fingers the number of times I actually signed in to multiplayer with someone. Maybe my gamertag is recoverable heh...no biggie either way. Just giving an update to those who asked.

Anyone else sick of the Audi R8's & S5's completely dominating A & S class races? :|
its getting kind of annoying,but i've got some good cars to take care of them on certain tracks, but i always find that their lap times are nearly half a second or more faster than me but i manage to stay ahead of them or they get taken out thankfully.

I run a modded out Supra in these classes and have no problem turning better lap times or beating them. I am running in the medium skill range though because I found the easy to be a joke. I was beating cars by anywhere from 10-30 seconds in races. But at medium the cars are right with me the whole race, even passing me at times if I take a bad corner. I also run a modded M5 in the A and S events and it does good as well. Race tires, full out suspension/lightened car and around 600whp seem to be a good mix with these cars. The Supra just drifts so easy and it takes corners like it is on rails to me

Any other difficulty is a joke. To dispatch those Audi's try a modified 2003 Viper SRT-10 (the convertible one). It's cheap and responds really well to mods. I got mine right now with enough "oomph" to out accelerate the Veyron to well over 200mph. I had my friend race me in the stock Veyron on the 1 mile drag race and the Viper takes it.
So far my favorite car to use is the Sallen S7. Even at 750hp (not maxed out yet) it still hooks great. I never even use TC. Just ease the throttle out of the corner and then mash it!!

Oh yea plus the car handles well too.
do you have a tune you could share with me for that? ive got a viper 99, Ford GT & Porsche 997 GT3 RS that compete with them if i can not get hit in the beginning, but they consistantly put a second or two faster lap times than me, but i can keep infront of them if they don't try and bump me out of the way.

Sucks you got banned. So what are you gonna do? That means no more updates and map packs...
So, i bought a gallardo in game and now im just raping R8's and S4's left and right with a good tune.

Just keep that console as a dedicated modded console to play un-released games on, and use a different console for all your XBL play

Stock tune. I'm just careful with modulating my movements of the thumbstick and the two triggers up top Viper is AWD, turbo'ed, and has upgraded brakes w/weight reduction that's it. Not even fully max'ed out it makes for me a hair under 900hp. Before the AWD conversion it was an S car and could only take the veyron from a 40mph roll punch on the 1 mile drag. The AWD conversion got it done from a dig with it now being an R3 classed vehicle.

no biggie other than Rock Band DLC I never really used Live. Maybe black Friday I'll pick up an xbox arcade. Who knows. I may not considering how rarely I use it.

i got smashed by the ban hammer today too...
I was playing forza 3 this morning, and then around 1 or 2pm i turned on the xbox and noticed i wasnt signed into live, and when i tried to sign in, it gave me the same ban message.
