I am thinking about it. We have the tools there to make the piping for the intercooler and everything as well.... so only time will tell. I think we can get the price under $999 for the intake and add another $200 for hook up to the stock pipe and couplers that would put us right in the "price range" of the other manifold on the market but with ours being a better design.

1 to 2 inches in most locations. When you go bigger on the turbo (no idea why you would want to) you will need to cut the hood a little. There is lots of room in the hood bracing for clearance.

Hey nelson there was a K20a just the engine on CL seattle for 4 or 500 recently. It had a blown headgasket but if you were gonna open it up and build it anyway.

I'm sorry this is

Why do you keep doing all this work to an Orange Car?

Even worse a girl typically drives it.

I am thinking about a design change so maybe....

I just ordered the bigger turbo today and changes are going to happen to the cold and hot side pipes as well. I will have more options here soon to look at when we get the mess taken care of.

basically my plan was similar to that setup, side mount with a water to air changer between the turbo outlet and throttle body. I like that intake mani but I was planning on sticking with the stock orientation. Basically the plan is a twin scroll gt4088r on a side mount. With the water to air there would only be about 2 feet of total travel between the turbo and the throttle body.

Anyways, looks great! something I have been wanting to do for a while now.

That would be a great set up. If I decide to RWD the car, the set up is yours.

All I really need is the exhaust mani, let me know if you make another. I'll be #2!
