Let us know how long it takes for them to burn out

(not knocking VTR...it's just that every aftermarket fog bulb for this car burns out within a few months it seems)

Its because of the alarm. Aftermarket fogs are not designed to flash, PIIA stands behind their product so much the replaced two sets for me at NO Charge, then told me about the disconnecting from the alarm. Sent me two more so I would have the spares and not have anydown time if it happened again. Never did. went through 3 sets in less then a year, after disconecting from alarm 1 set for over a year.

This is only a description of my situation.

It is the design of the bulb. I metioned that these bulbs will probably only last 2-3 months. The 892 bulb just is a bad design. Wish I had a better answer. They will look great when they are on though!

Always the passenger side too...the one that's a PITA to replace. Longest record for aftermarket bulbs for me was the Nokya 2700K bulbs..three months. Stockers are still in there, 102,000mi and 4 years of almost always on (bad fog stalk switch) and are still burning strong. Crazy stuff.

Well i will try them out for myself and see how long they last. and if they dont last that long isnt there and hid kit for the fogs or a after market fog light that is yellow that will fit the same as the stock one? (Not the bulb the houseing) And if you did that cant you wire it into the stock for light switch?

Look into Modern Performance's fog light conversion. They have a PIAA fog set /w custom brackets for around $220 IIRC.

Yes correct, I was speaking for those with aftermarket alarms, or wiring.
