WWU FSAE Dyno Day May 10th-11th - Bellingham WA

Western Washington University's Formula SAE team will be doing a Dyno Event Saturday/Sunday on May 10th-11th. We're planning on strapping down the first car at 8am and closing the shop at 6pm both days. Free hot dogs, hamburgers, and WIRED energy drinks will be provided! 3 dyno pulls w/ print out for 40 dollars. All proceeds will go to funding our Formula SAE car! Our car needs a new set of race tires for competition, data acquisition sensors, oil, filters, etc. and we need money to go racing!

Who: Western Washington University's FSAE team
What: Dyno Day! (weekend actually :P )
Where: Western Washington University's Vehicle Research Institute (VRI) (map below!)
When: Sat/Sun May 10th 8am-6pm both days
Why: To raise funds for Viking 43! We need more sensors for our data acquisition system and new tires for the FSAE West competition (June 25th)
How much does it cost? 40 dollars for 3 pulls w/ dyno graph
What kind of dyno? Land and Sea 2wd
How do I sign up? Post in this thread what day and time you'd like to dyno. We're planning on scheduling 1 car an hour! (e.g. Sat @ 10am, Sun @ 2pm, etc.)

Directions:
From I-5 (Northbound)
Take Exit 252 towards Western Washingon
Turn left onto S. Samish Way
You'll come to a four way intersection, take a left onto Samish Way.
At the second intersection take a left onto Bill McDonald Parkway.
Turn right onto S College Drive
You'll come to a T in the road, Take a right onto E College Way
Follow this until the end of the straight section and turn left into the parking lot.

I have been wanting to use VRI's dyno for quite ahwile! Back when I had the SRT. But, the Lincoln could use a run.

Come on you south end guys, could come up do a cruise hang for the dyno and then do the Quarterback for dinner. Good stuff and Chuckanut is beautiful!!

Sweet, it will be nice to see what you make. Will you have the dtec in or the other goods? This looks like a good time frame to shoot for to have them in.

I already called Sunday at 11.

Aaron as for the parts, I'm still waiting on my tach driver for the DTEC. So if I hae that before then I will more than likely have the DTEC in. As for the cams, I should hopefully be getting those installed inabout 2 weeks.
I have to goto Washington D.C., then Chicago next week, so I loose that week for installs.

This is very cool, I may try and make this. Its still to far out for me to determine whats going on with the family and what not but its only a 1 hour trip.
