Default WTB/Trade silver trunk with out holes for spoiler

Hello everyone. Want to dewing my silver 05 and I was wondering if anyone knew of anyone with a silver trunk without holes that they would want to trade. I would rather not have to weld up the holes and have it painted.
Cheers, D.Folsom

Lol. I think you're in line behind 2TireFire.

Throw a Krispy Kreme the other way and that'll distract him long enough to snag it first.

yeah, redeuroneon has been through a lot of drama AND trauma with his rear deck/spoiler situation. he managed to suck up any opportunity that has crossed. but its true. just a donut will do for 2tirefire. it totally catches him off guard.

Hey uh you guys. Did you ever consider a junkyard? There are lots of silver Neons out there...I'm sure there are a fair number of base models that had been in a front/side accident with a pristine rear decklid.

Or, wait, I've got it! Why not buy one from Dodge? But indeed, the junkyard'd be easy.

Devin....give me the exhaust back...lol. I wonder how much one would cost from the stealership?? - bet over 500 bucks. I have called around to quite a few junkyards and I haven't been able to locate one. Anyone got any suggestions on a wrecking yard I could call??

I've heard that a regular trunk lid for an Impreza is $690. So, $500 for us, that's about right.

Take the trunk lid to a body shop and have the holes welded shut and then have them repaint it. $250ish total. Talk John into welding holes shut and then do the sanding smoothing primer yourself and then take it to a paint shop and have them paint it. $150ish total plus wine coolers for John.

Try Spalding auto parts in Spokane theres always tons of Neons there. You may not find silver but could probably find a wingless lid none the less.
