No bone stock, still had temp tags. He just picked it up.

We yacked for about 10 mins in the McD's parking lot. The driver's brother/cousin/something (sorry forgot) owns the Yellow R/T Neon I saw on the freeway a few weeks ago. He was in the back seat. Small world.
