How much and what does he do. I guess I could ask him but this is a much more round about way to get info.
Do a history search, he had a thread up stating that he was going to be doing cars on a mobile type of deal. You posted in it so it should be easy to find. Something like $400 for a detail and several freaked out about it, some realized it was a good idea. I say search his history because it might be a little easier then searching yours.
Sorry, for the simpler minds. Don't like it, stop it. Make a point and move on, stupid is what stupid does, and my personal favorite.... don't piss on my back and tell me its raining.

3) Nobody rotates tires this way, nice try but for $12 or free like stated by the other guy... again your point was how to rotate tires?
4) So BS is not a FYC crew member but is the detailer for your cars, and this is where you state something about a point... the fact that I want to charge for my time. That might be a legit post but its not your point, it was his.
5) OT and has nothing to do with this thread, again your point would be what?
6) You point here was to insult another member of the forums... good on ya!
7) I do build one, good point. He is getting something different, A...B conversation, you tried to butt your way into it with out the facts. Nice try but again... your point was?
8) Tuning and modding blow up motors, not parts. The statement stands till you prove it other wise. Your point was an assumption or twisting of the facts. We are going to charge $12 to rotate and check your brakes. Those are the facts and your points have went off with no support and lacking info. Points as you make them are assumptions or opinions. Keep trying to provoke me into stupid debates and these are the replies your going to get from me, factual and full of your post history.
1) It's Brian, not Brain
2) Yes, only $50 for the Kit from S&P. With the solid motor mounts and BS's gone the car vibrates as it is. Turn the AC on and i'm about 5 minutes away from having my dash rattle apart. Free up some ratational mass, drop some weight, roll down the windows if I'm hot
3) Discount Tires rotated mine that way... You are aware of the correct way to rotate tires, right?
You have to take the tires off the rims if they are directional to do this...
4) FYC is a community. BS can be part if he wishes to do so. So I can't say 'The man has a point'?
5) Tyeayo posted a funny ass poster, I lol'd, the rest was history...
6) He called someone gay first, was just playing along... Did I take your position as forum insulter? My bad....
7) Uh, have you forgotten you are in the NW section? You don't like it, post this stuff up in your section...
8) What about motor mounts?
That wasn't really the point though, but if you missed it the first time you will probably miss it the second... Charge whatever you want, do whatever you want... What exactly do you think I am arguing about with you? I have no idea myself...

Agreed! I am honored that John would take the time to make a post about me as such. However, for a Monday Morning, it was quite painful
Negative, do not cross tires on any drive car, straight front to back, they stopped crossing tires many years ago since it would cause abnormal tire wear due to the tires (the belts in them) getting used to and flexing in one general direction, then you may get a random blowout somewhere down the road once this has been changed and they are all the sudden rotating a different way. But dont take my word for it.

First I have heard of this... So how does it change the direction of the flexing from moving from one side to the other? As long as they are facing the right direction you would think that the sidewalls would be flexed evenly by doing this? Just here to learn. Do you have a link to any research or an article I can check out? Discount failed to mention anything about this. I already had uneven tire wear from the track...

The only reason I have seen to do just front to back is because the tire tech was too lazy to un mount / mount them or the customer didn't want to pay for that service. everything I have researched follows what I previously posted.
Guess i'll find out at the next HPDE. If there was any time to get a 'random' blowout, it would be while pushing through the turns at 70+
Regular and proper tire rotation promotes more uniform wear for all of the tires on a vehicle. All season tires should be rotated in a "modified X" pattern, meaning only the tires being moved to the drive axle are crossed to the opposite side of the vehicle.
The remaining two tires are moved from the drive axle to the free rolling axle, remaining on the same side of the vehicle. This method of rotation helps promote a more even and uniform treadwear pattern for all four tires.
The only exception to this would be the use of "directional" tread design tires such as our Aquatred II or some of our Eagle line high performance tires. These tires would remain on the same side of the vehicle and be rotated straight forward and straight back.
Everyone wins a prize today for a correct answer. However, I rotated my Eagle F1 GS-D3's as if they were all season....hmmm....
Edit: So I have done even more reading (wiki, tirerack, tire forums, manufacturers' sites, etc) and the only reason stated as of yet to not cross directional tires is to keep them rotating in the right direction, which you can accomplish if you re-mount them (also stated by someone else on a forum). So i dunno. Not too worried about it...
