Default the wallet is half empty.

im with bone. its about pessimism right now.
got gas at a station other than my station of choice and paid a bunch per gallon. even put a record number of gallons in. $49.23 for 13.3 gallons!

on another note, some gas prices dropped a little this week. mine dropped by one cent yesterday. w00t! we are at the same time of year that the price increasing ENDED last year.

Just filled up...38.50 for 10.5 gals or thereabouts. Eh, whatever. It's not the $18 I was filling it up for when I got the car, but it's not hurting me yet. Just an annoyance. I can just drive less if it starts to hurt. I think that'll be about $6/gal at this point. May have to put the beemer plans on hold if that becomes the case. Meh.

Your car will hate you if you put in anything less than premium. It'll run, but it won't be any fun.

Anyone ran regular here? Does it ping like hell then fall back or does it just boost like 4psi or so?

I put reg in once on accident...seemed to run fine but then again I drive like a grandma about 2/3 of the time.

The purple 4 door neon (1999) gets about 30mpg been driving that a LOT

and may I say the chick in your avatar has nice boobs.

hope the prices drop in the next year. One of the few good things about being here is I save a years worth of gas and mileage on the car. It will be an 04 bought in dec 03 with only 48K on it. I drive it daily and not afraid to travel anywhere for a meet up. Damn northsiders.
