I'm going. Would be cool to not be the only SRT-4 there for a change (lot's of fast Turbo Buicks and other makes too). There were 2 classes last year. 11.50 and slower and 11.49 and faster. I think there are 3 classes this year.
Date: July 12, 2008
Location: Bremerton Raceway
Time: Gates open @ 7:00 am; Time trials @ 9:00 am; Eliminations @ 1:00 pm.
Cost: Not sure...Last year it was $35 to race and $20 to participate in Turbo Thunder ($ went to track rental, trophies and snacks and stuff).
I think the three classes are based simply on dial ins (street, pro street, outlaw). My guess is it will 12 seconds and slower, 11.99 - 10.00, and 9.99 and faster. This is based on what I saw running last year.
mmmmmmm, bremerton=big mph ;-) slight slight downhill plus my srt has never been there.
Might have to show up, wing deleted and some suprises.
I just realized that you are only 3/100ths of a second behind 'the fastest' SRT in WA.... And on a stock turbo! That slight downhill might be just what you need to take the title! ST > S3 SST!

Yes he is and he is getting much faster as time goes on. I hope he has the SST on the car by then or at least the Economy manifold. That would make him the fastest.
me and my husband r moving from texas. hes in the navy. i would love to be in the show but i am shipping my baby and it might not be there in time. but i will. i wanna meet some fellow srt owners. gotta do something while he is on deployments....

John has some suprises, I doubt I will get the et record this summer when he gets his srt 4 out next time. I just want to be a quick full weight, full street trim srt-4............ok and maybe take the stock turbo no nitrous mph record which im close to.
I made a few passes early in the year at bremerton in my other car but it was just to cold in march. Im looking forward to a warm track date there plus my mom lives 5 minutes from the track.

So if one was to go SST, would that still count as stock turbo?

You have no idea. Only the peeps that work for me know whats going on. Car is getting torn down next for the new install.... no pictures or sharing till the kit is done. How BIG am I going.... turbo supports 880 HP and that is just the test unit. The next turbo will support over 1000 HP. I have to get some engine managment and more fuel to support this beast.
