Default TorqueFreaks ***Start of Race Season*** Dyno Day - 03/05/05

Present the Pacific NW Start of Race Season Dyno Event - 03/05/2005

All right guys it's that time again - TorqueFreaks is kicking off the season with another huge dyno day with free food, killer prices, and of course, free dyno time if someone maxes out our dyno!

As most of you remember, our last event had 600 people show up with 100 cars dynoing in two days. We saw both our Horsepower and Torque records fall and gave out 575 FREE hamburgers and hot dogs. It's time to do it again This is the perfect opportunity to get your horsepower and torque numbers before Woodburn opens on March 13th. For this single day event, we're limiting the number of cars to 50, so sign up as early as possible to ensure your spot. If you're just coming to watch, no problem, we have plenty of space indoors.

All 2WD cars and trucks are welcome to participate - we want to see EVERY type of vehicle on the rollers from stock 4 cylinder imports to heavily modified V8 domestics. If you've never seen a 1000hp car or a 1000ft-lb diesel truck on the rollers, this is your chance. Our dyno is capable of measuring 1800whp and 1800wtq.

Just like last time, if anyone can max out our dyno, EVERYONE dynos for free!

Pricing: $30 for 3 pulls
Time: 9am-7pm, Saturday, March 5th, 2005

To sign up, call TorqueFreaks at (503) 256-5600 x 4 or send an email to service@torquefreaks.com.

And here are some pictures of our last dyno event:

The results from our last event:

Here is our current HP champion:

And here is our current Torque champion:

We want to see both of these records fall. And remember, if anyone can max out our dyno, everyone dynos for
free!

We keep all your dyno runs on file here so once you upgrade, we can do a direct comparison for you. See you on the 5th!

I'd love to go, but I'd have to drive up from Eugene, so I'm wondering how much time to devote to this. I mean, if I got there @ say 1pm, how long of a wait is it to get on the dyno? What about A/F?

This is an awesome deal. Thanks Torque Freaks.

The way this works is first come first serve. Based on recent events we've had, if you are planning on showing up at 1pm, your dyno spot will most likely be somewhere around 5-6pm. If you show up at 9am, you can get a very early dyno spot. The bulk of the people show up between 10am and 11am usually with the peak being somewhere around lunchtime. Free food works wonders

Air fuel is included in the $30 for this dyno day.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Not at all! We have dyno days all the time for specific clubs. This one's just sort of a free for all. The club events have an entirely different atmosphere - they're usually much more social since everyone is coming from a common place. I think you should definitely still organize one. If you need any help, just let me know and I'll do whatever I can.

Since last time I dynoed, I've installed AFX Race ECU... I'm curious how much actual differance it made.
