I was spending christmas with my family 230 miles away from my car. My landlady called me to tell me that the back window of my car had been broken out. Some low life looser took a 30lb rock a smashed thru the back window. It mashed the center console, and scraped the shift knob. Then it looks like they smashed the driver and passenger door. I'm so Pissed. I had to cut my vacation short. I will load some pictures tomorrow morning after I get my digital camera. I have full coverage insurance, so I should be able to get it fixed no problem. The loosers that this world has.....
Well it could have been worse. The rock could have landed on those keys. All is repairable, the part that bugs me the most is the time to have it all repaired. That you can't get back. Just lye low and watch the people around your housing. Someone will take notice you fixed it and keep the big rock just incase.
By beater I mean something that doesn't attract the wrong kind of attention...something like the string of cars 2TireFire has had since he sold the SRT (he's on his 4th car now).
That totally sucks. That's one of the reasons I went with the SXT wing. Soon as it stops raining and is warmer than 30* I'm going to wash my car and debadge it. With all of the haters of our cars out there stealth is the way to go.
it sucks there has been a rash of damage to srt-4s including mine I get home from work and I see this huge dent on my passenger door looks like someone swung their door really hard that it left their paint on my door as well. im soo pissed....we got security cameras at work so I will be talking to the rent-a-cops tomorrow morning.
