i'd be glad to help you. It didn't take me that long, i did little bit by little each day. I went into it wanting to retain the stock headlight adjustment but i couldn't see it happening so i aimed the projector, marked it exactly, then mounted it.
Here is an OEM kit on ebay for 270 plus shipping. Thats everything you need.
I bought my bosch projectors brand new from HIDplanet.com for 99+ shipping.
I bought an OEM bosch harness, i know i could have made one myself for twice as cheap but i didn't want to deal with that.

and then i got some d2s phillips 4300k bulbs off of hidplanet forums for 40 shipped.
a lot of people make their own shrouds, i was inspiried by hak's oem shroud retro fit though so i went ahead and bought the oem shrouds off of hidplanet again for 110. Those are optional though. Thanks for the comments, maybe if i get good at this i can make some for the NW guys. I think the cheapest retro fit headlights i've seen are like 800 or smoething. I'd do them for liek 500. Id like to start off doin some of my buddies headlights for free so i can get real good at it. My next retro will retain stock alignment.
