well i work in the motorpool been working there for 9 yrs with the mechanics and i had one of them check it in the bay and they could only figure that it was the starter after checking everything else so i'm bringing a tool box home from the motorpool and knocking this out tonight gotta love some of the perks of the army. AND YES THE CLICKING NOISE WAS OCCURING!!!
Dont change your starter yet. Put a battery in it. Dont jump it although it might work. Find another srt and try their battery or just buy a new one. Bet it solves your problem.
tryed it today after i got off at autozone they charged the battery n everything and still clicking so i went ahead and ordered the starter since it takes a day to get here so i'm taking the old one out this afternoon and when the new one comes in giving them the old one and getting my core refund back
ok so i took the intake manifold off to get to the starter and kinda clean it up a little bit anyway when it took the intake manifold off and looked in the cyclinder head all the valves were up except for runner number 3 so the question is whats the damage
